Disaster Relief

While Gowanda Love INC was originally established to support general needs such as food, clothing, home repairs, transportation, yard maintenance and job counseling, our efforts were greatly broadened following the August 2009 floods that ravaged our town.  Love INC serves as a foundation upon which outside recovery groups could quickly build their efforts and as these groups eventually pulled out of the area, Love INC took on longterm recovery duties and fully acquired the Disaster Relief banner.

  Hopefully we will not need to go into action anytime in the near future, but we are here to assist in disaster recovery for the Gowanda Central School District.  If you have any questions about Disaster Relief or if you would like to volunteer, please call our office (716-532-3541) or stop in.  Donations are greatly appreciated, please put "Disaster Relief" in the memo of your check.
